1. Data controller

Your personal data is controlled by Suovo (hereinafter: "we", "Suovo"). For data-related inquiries, contact us at privacy@suovo.app.

2. What data we collect and why

Waitlist signup

When you fill out the waitlist form, we collect:

  • Name — to address you personally
  • Email address — to confirm your signup and contact you about scheduling a demo
  • Company name, team size, message volume, priority (optional) — to prepare a demo tailored to your situation
  • Problem description (optional) — to better understand your needs

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Demo booking

When you click "Book a demo", you are redirected to Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling. Data you provide there is processed by Google according to their privacy policy.

Marketing communications

We only send marketing emails if you give separate consent in the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in the footer of any email.

3. Where we process data

We use the following third-party services:

  • MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Lithuania/EU) — subscriber storage and email delivery. MailerLite processes data in the EU. MailerLite Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) — website and serverless function hosting. Cloudflare processes data under approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile verification operates in cookieless mode. We do not use any tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar.

5. How long we retain data

  • Waitlist data — until the early access program concludes or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first
  • Marketing communications — until you withdraw consent (unsubscribe)

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@suovo.app. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

8. Changes to this policy

We will notify waitlist subscribers by email about significant changes to this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
